About the restaurant

The popular Pivovarská restaurant in Svijan reopened to guests at the end of April 2023 after several months of reconstruction. One of the fifty most popular Czech restaurants according to the ratings of users of the Mapy.cz server, it offers visitors a complete range of Svijan beers on tap and traditional Czech cuisine at the highest level. In total, it can now serve up to 241 guests, including 75 on the newly built outdoor terrace.

About the brewery

The SVIJANY brand represents a traditional beer, typical for the Czech Republic, produced from quality water from our own wells, malt from selected varieties of malting barley from small independent Czech and Moravian malthouses with the addition of the finest Žatec hops grown on our own hop farms in the exceptional hop region of Polepské blat.

You can find the Svijany brewery in the small village of Svijany, located on the edge of the Bohemian Paradise, right next to the "Mladoboleslavská" highway leading to Liberec. It is one of the oldest breweries in our country and has a colorful history behind it.
